Perpetual Drought conditions (fish kills) for Klamath River if Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement (KBRA) flows are implemented.
Termination of Native rights will occur if KBRA becomes law. The federal government needs to honor its treaties and agreements and with Native American Tribes.
