Implement program for low income citizens to get passports at reduced fees!
Why is this important?
If our government refuses to accept our American birth certificates at the borders, and are now demanding we all get passports, it needs to implement a program for everyone on limited income so that we can get passports at reduced fees!!
In border towns, we have duty free shops on US sides and only need STEP ON MEXICAN BORDER, not enter country.
