Pay for performance, do your jobs or be penalized. Balance the Budget within 10 years, come to an agreement on the spending ceiling in such a manner that it moves with the cost of living. Income Taxes should be pro rated to income. the same percentage is not fair or just for everyone.
Why is this important?
Reduce the salaries of our elected Congressmen ( Senators and Representatives) to 2008 levels, until they resolve all budget problems.
