Betsy DeVos was recently confirmed as Secretary of Education. Many of the senators who voted for her accepted donations from her and her family. The U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics must begin an investigation into these donations and whether or not they affected the confirmation.
Why is this important?
Betsy DeVos is completely unqualified to head up the Department of Education. She has never attended, taught in, or sent her children to public schools.
