The Kentucky Crime Victim Compensation Board needs to recognize pedestrian victims of motor vehicle hit and runs as a criminal offense as defined by Kentucky Revised Statues KRS.189.990(1.) and grant compensation to victims of hit and runs by motor vehicles in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Why is this important?
Change the way that the Kentucky Crime Victims Compensation Board recognizes pedestrian victims of a " Hit & Runs" by any and all motor vehicles.
