End all NARC, street crime and any other units that are not from the police department of the community precinct
Implement a residence law; all police who patrol our community must be from the community.
Only the neighborhood watch patrol members of the New York Chapter of the Black Afrikan Infrastructure (BAI) can question the people, and especially the youth, of the community and will operate as a liaison or buffer between the people of the community and the NYC Police Department.
