The proposed Red Bank development raises serious concerns about safety, infrastructure, and community impact. With only one way in and out, emergency vehicle access would be compromised, putting lives at risk. Existing traffic congestion would worsen significantly, and local schools are already operating near or at capacity, unable to absorb such a large influx of new students. The land is currently zoned the way it is for a reason—to protect the balance and functionality of our community. This development would irreversibly harm our community.
