Petition for Discretionary Review
Requiring Federal oversight as mandatory on all decisions made by Judges in Texas Counties with populations less than 500, 000. This to ensure all laws in Criminal Court proceeding and judgments are being followed and no one's Civil Rights are being violated.
Why is this important?
Mistakes, or conscious discriminatory behavior, exhibited in State of Texas Vs. Dontavious Terrell Redmond, now inmate #2132001. Affected individuals either do not know their rights or cannot afford to hire legal representation willing to stand up against wrongdoings in the smaller Courts of the South. It is known that not only do Judges and Attorneys illegally converse among each other on the fates of the accused in smaller County Courts, but they willfully contort the laws of this Great Nation to reflect their own agendas or personal biases. These smaller County Courts do not uphold the Principal that an individual is innocent until proven guilty, and thus they often do not have and cannot meet the basic burden of proof of the accused guilty, yet return with the harshest of sentences. It is also known, that due to the privatizing of Prisons, these smaller County Courts are illegally being paid payola for sentencing these helpless individuals accused of a crime to serve as inmates in Privately Owned Prisons.
