Petition for Dr. Aaron Funk to Teach Chem XL 14 Series

We, the students of Chem XL14A, submit the following petition to request Dr. Aaron Funk to teach Chem XL 14B during the fall quarter of the 2016-2017 school year. We also politely petition UCLA Extension to select him as the professor for the entire Chem 14 XL series. Professor Funk is an excellent teacher who always comes to class prepared and energetic, motivating us to learn. He commits himself to his students and is always available for help. Dr. Funk is an expert on general chemistry/organic chemistry, but what is most important is his ability to communicate to his students thoroughly and effectively. He takes the complicated course material and explains it in a way that is easy to understand. It is for these reasons that we request him to teach the higher levels of the Chem 14 XL series.
