Stop the proposed cuts to Social Security, a program that working class Americans have been forced to pay into throughout their working lives. It is nothing less than the government choosing to rob its own citizens.
Why is this important?
Do not cut my Social Security. I have been paying into it my entire working life. If it has been a Ponzie Scheme, then the law should deal with that, including me suing the government for the full recovery of the money I have been forced to pay plus interest and lots of people going to the Federal Penitentiary. If the government has money to provide subsidies to businesses making record profits and money to create several new billionaires in the Middle East, then it has enough money to refrain from robbing me.
