1. To amend the bylaws to require the Board of Directors to ratify a majority membership vote and to accept, adopt and implement the majority vote action. Subject to Article X, Section 6 of RAR Bylaws.
2. A commercial component in the MLS shall be provided to every member of RAR which shall include but not be limited to residential, multi families, commercial, industrial, farm and land properties for sale or lease.
3. Educate the membership on Upstream RPR® AMP™.
Why is this important?
Without a 2nd petition, the RAR leadership will not permit these items be added to the meeting agenda for discussion. This request to add these items to the RAR member meeting is pursuant to the RAR Bylaws Article 12, Section 3.
