On 2/9/17, counselor to the President, Kellyanne Conway appeared on Fox & Friends (a news program) to encourage viewers to purchase Ivanka Trump's products. This is a clear violation of ethics and is against the law. She cannot be allowed to misuse or abuse her position as representative of the POTUS for private gain, for the endorsement of any product, service or enterprise, or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity.
