We petition the United States Department of Justice to fully investigate the Tupelo, Mississippi Police Department for the following:
1. Racial profiling of African-Americans;
2. Racial discrimination in employment practices;
3. Excessive and abusive force by police officers, and
4. Improper searches and seizures;
Why is this important?
I'm a member of a civil organization that's trying to secure justice for the wrongful killing of Ronnie Shumpert.
