District Attorney Stephen Zappala waited days to charge Officer Michael Rosfeld in the shooting of Antwon Rose II and never mounted any serious attempt in court to convict Ofc. Rosfeld. Because of this malpractice, DA Zappala should resign now and stop his bid for reelection.
