Higher charges on solar customers are unfair. These discriminatory charges are a burden on Kansans that are actually benefiting the electrical grid with their clean energy production.
Why is this important?
I want to put solar panels on my roof in Wichita but Westar would be allowed to charge me an unfair higher rate than everyone else. This new bill will prevent all electric companies from punishing people like me!
