Please sign to save the Beach Shack view!

When we signed our contract we did not have a shed on the beach. We told Randy Stevenson that we wanted a shed on the beach like all the rest of the beach vendors. I asked Randy where we can put the shed. His reply was “Anywhere as long as you are within your 100 feet area of operation and not even the condo can make you move it”. I asked him to get it in writing and he insisted that we have his word than shook my hand. He instructed us ( my wife, brother-in-law and me)  after we get the shed the city will than come out and survey and give us a map with where the zone and shed is for our operation. We installed the shed on the beach in between the Beach Shack and the Board Walk condo to the North. It’s not blocking anyone’s view and the best place for the shed to be. The code enforcement refuses to have the map updated where the shed is now. Before Randy left the city he sent me an email stating we had to move the shed 15 feet to the south, we just got a new shed and moved it 15 feet to the south like requested. Now code enforcement will not give us an updated map and says we need to move it another 10 feet south. I don’t see where we have no rights as a business owner on public property over someone in the condo that has no Riparian Rights since they don’t own the beach and their property line stops in the sand dune area. I feel like our rights are being violated! We have received 4 different maps with it showing the shed in all different locations. When we were installing the new shed a few weeks ago the condo HOA guy came down and attacked me and I had to have him arrested. Please restore our rights and stop them from trying to make us block the Beach Shack deck view!
