Harry Truman faced a problem very similar to what the US is going through now. He faced a "Do Nothing Congress." The way that President Truman faced this problem was to state his positions on the back of a train. I'm sure we have all seen the picture of President Truman holding up a newspaper that incorectly stated "Dewy Wins."
Why is this important?
It frightens me that the race is so tight and and that Gov. Romney might win.
