Pledge No Votes for Candidates Who Take Big Money
Voters must pledge NOT to vote for, or donate money to, any candidate, Democrat or Republican, who accepts campaign contributions from corporations, wealthy individual donors, Dark Money groups, PACs or Super PACs.
Why is this important?
Big Money's domination of U.S. elections is why our government primarily serves the rich and powerful while ignoring the needs and common good of all Americans. We the voters have no universal health care, no living wage, no protection against gun violence, no say in supplying US weapons for genocide, a tax burden that spares the rich while soaking the poor, pathetic mass transit and rail service, and inadequate environmental, health and consumer protections. Did I leave anything out?
