Pledge Not to Pledge

I Pledge not to Pledge. That which was right a year ago may nolonger be right today. Problems today may need a change in my own thinking and my willingness to work with others. I must represent all of the people all of the time.

Why is this important?

Elected members of government should not be beholden to a contract that does not allow them to negotiate in good faith. There has always been, and always will be drastic differences between individuals and political parties on what, and how things can best be done. Regulation, law, and taxes require people coming together for the good of the people.
