The world is sad today because twenty children, all ages 6 & 7, are not alive and will never enjoy another Christmas on this earth with their families. These children were massacred by a deranged young man who used weapons that are legally registered. While we sign petitions demanding that the President and Congress enact legislation, we cannot wait for them. to work through bureaucracies. That is, unless you want to wake up another morning with news of a similar tragedy. Therefore, I am asking each individual who owns a gun to pledge to become a responsible gun owner, No one is trying to take your guns. However, I am asking you to know where your gun (guns) is/are at all times. Keep the whereabouts of your weapon as closely as you keep your car keys. Know how and where yur gun is being used. Make sure that anyone with the sligthest suspicion of mental illness NEVER has possession of your gun. We must keep weapons out of te hands of those who will do us harm, Sign this petition and becone a responsible gun owner.
