Stop the nightmare of dealing with PNC for distressed homeowners
During this time of trying to assist homeowners in distress PNC continues to make the effort for a successful short sale or modification for distressed homeowners a nightmare. They continue to put up roadblocks and are requiring unacceptable amounts of money for the homeowner to participate in closing on their home. A teacher should not be asked to empty their 403b account in order to complete a short sale because their salary has been reduced and can no longer afford the home
With all the banks under attack for the assistance given to them by the tax payers and the government PNC needs to assist the the people in trouble. Please ask PNC to put an end to their bullying and help homeowners
Why is this important?
PNC continues to bully homeowners in trouble and makes it nearly impossible to allow a distressed homeowner to complete a short sale or to modify a mortgage.
