We feel it is illegal and unconstitutional to make it a felony when citizens tape sound and video of law enforcement as they abuse power.
Why is this important?
In Collier County and Tampa, I have been involved with police, sheriffs, and state troopers who acted Illegally because they knew that the only thing that could stop them, audio and video taping, could not be done-- unless you want a felony and jail term.
We reject the wish of the state legislature as a violation of the constitution, and sheriffs, state troopers and the police will be taped and "outed" for crime.
