Police training and protocols
In recent years news stories have chronicled multiple police shootings of unarmed people in multiple states. These have been the matters of one-by-one protests and “investigations.” Generally the results have been that the police were justified for shooting the unarmed civilians because they followed proper police protocols. The problem is only minimally in the individual police officers who kill the civilians. The core of the problem is in the protocols, which are relatively uniform throughout the nation. Justice requires a change in protocols and the training of police officers in all jurisdictions and at all levels. What is needed is a national commission to revise police protocols regarding all actions which might result in deaths-- shootings, choke holds, tazing, etc.
Ask either the Attorney General, or the President, to establish a commission on police training and protocols.

Why is this important?
The one-by-one "investigations" miss the real problem!
