Only a person eligible to vote for a political candidate shall be allowed to contribute in any way for or against the election of that candidate. Each state may determine the maximum financial contribution allowed for each candidate for each election within the state.
Why is this important?
This constitutional amendment will bring back political power to the individual voter. It will be easily enforceable and a strong rebuke to the recent supreme court decision on financial contributions.
