To keep the post office from defaulting on their loan, all mail should pay a minimum of first class postage.
This means no special rates for churches, advertisers and no more "Franking".
Why is this important?
Keeping the Post office out of bankruptcy.
2/3 of the mail I receive doesn't pay first class rate.
Most is mail I do NOT want.
