Post-traumatic stress disorder

Prevent those who claim post-traumatic stress disorder from possession of firearms and/or dangerous weapons.

Why is this important?

My son and his friend were killed by a neighbor who is claiming "Post-Tramatic stress disorder" due to being a veteran. My son's neighbor was also shot 11 times but survived.

I believe anyone Who claims to have Post-Tramatic Stess Disorder should not be allowed to have possession of a firearm or other dangerous weapons. I feel it should be mandatory for them to see a psychiatrist at least once a month for evaluation.

I believe too many people are claiming to have PTSD in order to get government funding. As a mother of my deceased son Gary Hembree, a friend of deceased Roger Picior and friend of Bruce Blake, all from Titusville, FLorida, I would like to see a Bill passed to prevent an incident like this from happening to any other person again. I believe if "Billy Woodward" had been evaluated monthly, these men would be alive today, and the one who lived would not have gone through multiple surgeries and spent over a month in a medical facility.
