Stop the use of federal money dedicated to the relief of homeowners being diverted to other uses such as paying the state debt.
Why is this important?
Gov Scott Walker diverting federal money from bank settlement to pay off Wisconsin debt. this should be illegal. If allowed further screws the home owners. this is really criminal
