Pay back the $2.764 trillion borrowed from the Social Security Trust Fund and Federal Disability Insurance Trust Fund that make up 16.5% of the national debt.
Why is this important?
Social Security benefits are NOT paid out from the General Fund, and does not contribute to the budget deficit. Social Security and Medicare (your FICA taxes) are allocated to the Social Security Trust. Any loans taken from that Trust must be repaid, with interest, by the Federal Government.
