Reduce the speed limits everywhere to a maximum of 25 miles per hour to save American lives.
Why is this important?
40,000 people are killed on U.S. Highways and Interstate systems due to excessive speeds. If speeds were reduced to 25 miles per hour 40,000 lives would be save a year. Please ban all vehicles that are not governed to 25MPH and and make all speeds uniform to reduce the cost of having to display them on the roads.
