I live here in Minneapolis, MN in a senior building called Park Holmes Village. The chemicals came here from Montgomery, MD where the Police refused to stop the chemicals at Forest Oak Towers, a Senior Building, owned by the government. Park Holmes Village is a Senior building supported by the government, the same behavioral pattern exists here where the Manager and Management refuses to stop the harassers. The Police refuses to do a proper Investigation but threatens and abuses me. Other people are affected but do not know it is toxic fumes that causing the illnesses here. One harasser died here recently, several people were affected at Forest Oak Towers in Maryland and Ebenezer Park Apartments in Minnesota.

The behavioral pattern is that the second floor has tenants with chemicals to spray down to the lobby, community room hallways plus laundry room.
