To: President Donald Trump
Presidential Pardon for Scott Davis, of PA.
Whereas Scott Davis is an American citizen of good character and has never committed any violation of law;
Whereas Scott Davis was maliciously and unlawfully arrested as the result of a disingenuous and rash investigation originating in the Office of Attorney General of Pennsylvania on or around August 15, 2009;
Whereas numerous violations of the US Constitution were perpetrated at the behest of the Office of Attorney General of Pennsylvania;
Whereas the actions taken by the Attorney General's office under the guise of child protection in this case actually were defamatory, invasive and harmful to any child protective interest;
Whereas the actions taken at the behest of and by the State Attorney General's office in Pennsylvania obstructed a preceding Federal investigation into child labor protection and violated the OSHA Whistleblower Protection Act,
And whereas the target of this false arrest and malicious prosecution, Scott Davis, must have immediate relief for any reprieve and exoneration to be meaningful to him, his family and hundreds of other innocent people adversely affected by the harsh results of the actions of the State of Pennsylvania in this case;
BE IT RESOLVED that the people undersigned, inter alia, hereby petition President Barack Obama to issue a full and blanket pardon and reprieve, and emergency disaster assistance as requested, to Scott Davis and to others adversely affected by the prosecutorial hoax against Scott Davis.

Why is this important?
Scott Davis was convicted of a "crime" which never even happened, in a series of Constitutional violations perpetrated at the behest of, and by, Attorney General Tom Corbett.
The President DOES have the power to act on behalf of Scott Davis, as requested - and time is of the essence.
Scott Davis is innocent, and should be exonerated and pardoned and compensated for damages by Executive orders of President Obama. This would benefit hundreds of individuals adversely affected by Corbett's hoax, and would be good for America.
