This petition concerns business Americans. Most in our lives we dream of opening a business/corporation. Always hoping for the best, however in years of business things happen and after 30 years the most successful business can go bankrupt. Bankruptcy can save most companies if their not to deep. However, if you go bankruptcy on a corporation INC, LLC, etc. you have to hire an attorney whether you have the money or not. America is about freedom, yet these laws stop you from coming back from a slump. The money you owe can very well be paid if you do not have the expense of an attorney. With a corporation you have no voice as an owner when you file. You cannot even reject a motion, which is an easy process, because they passed laws that you have to have an attorney or you just sink.
