Help make Idaho a State which prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation in public employment.
Why is this important?
Two days ago my manager expressed to me that I was the best candidate for the assistant manager position at work. He also informed me that as long as I did well at sales I would be more than likely to get it. Yesterday while at work I was second best sales person in the center. I also came out of the closet while at work. This morning I received a call from the general manager explaining that I was UN-trainable and that I had caused a disruption at work. He also informed me I was to consider today be my date of termination and to not bother coming to work. He then went on to say that I should not speak to any other employees or come into the office at all.
