Prohibiting the running at large of livestock in the Sierra Los Pinos area

The residents listed below of the Sierra Los Pinos subdivision and adjoining private areas would like to petition the board of the county commissioners of Sandoval County, NM, to ask for an order prohibiting the running at large of livestock within the limits of the Sierra Los Pinos and Vallecitos de los Indios area and to fence out the cattle roaming freely on private land beyond the permitees legal range boundaries in the National Forest.
The free roaming cattle belonging to holders of grazing permits issued by the Santa Fe National Forest are creating safety, health, sanitary and nuisance problems for area residents.
