Replace the Confederate Memorial with the Otis Redding Statue.
Why is this important?
Macon's City Center (2nd Street) should honor and highlight the best of what Macon has to offer. The confederate statute that currently fills the place is not a reflection of Macon now, and certainly not of our future.
