Property Tax
The owner of the house should pay the property taxes. Until the mortgage is paid off, the bank owns the house. It is a simple logic that the bank should pay the property taxes.
Why is this important?
For as long as I have a mortgage I do not own the house, the bank does. Since the bank is the owner of the mortgage, I do not understand why I have to pay the property tax and not the bank.
