The winner take all form of electoral representation for all Federal United States Congressional Offices shall be replaced by some form of proportional electoral representation.
Why is this important?
Proportional electoral representation would give the American electorate that political power which special interests have monopolized. Our current winner take all, gerrymandered, and bought form of electoral representation unjustly concentrates both political and economic power in a few individuals and entities.
