THIS IS VERY TIME SENSITIVE...NOW....We want Americans to further support U.S. Senator Jeff Merkley's successful Move-On Petition to the U.S. Department of Justice which underscored "If Big Banks can buy their way out of criminal prosecution, there's little incentive for them to do what's right. And it's a double standard that says wealthy institutions are above the law."
WE, undersigned, CARE DEEPLY about the millions of homeowners (including us) who have been conned/defrauded out of their homes because the U.S. Department of Justice, the OCC, and the Federal Reserve Bank of NY have refused to look at the facts in complaints about banks lying, and foreclosing often without Bank ownership or legal rights to take the home! The banks just BULLDOZED over everyone, even the judges and government agencies. When you don't prosecute criminals, you get more crimes. Spreads like the Ebola Virus!
Right this moment, we can SHOUT STOP!!! Sign this Petition and direct the U.S. Department of Justice, the FBI, the Federal Reserve Bank and the OCC to SUSPEND the sale of One West Bank [IndyMac] to CIT Group and DEMAND that independent investigators totally detached from any of the interested banks and law firms seek the FACTS, the TRUTH, by getting the proof of One West Bank's frauds from the victims, the homeowners.
SO SIMPLE...SUSPEND the sale until a genuine, independent, fair investigation has been done of One West Bank before it is sold to CIT Group. DEMAND that Congress set up a Watergate Commission to investigate the actions of One West Bank, CIT Group, the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, the OCC, the FDIC, and the U.S. Department of Justice for covering up One West Bank's criminal and civil violations by their ongoing refusals for years to investigate “properly and fairly” the complaints of the homeowner victims.
