Prosecute Kill Buyer Tom Davis and all of those involved in the BLM who arranged to sell him the 1795 federally protected horses that were slaughtered in Mexico.
Why is this important?
Tom Davis broke federal laws 1795 times and the following agencies are not prosecuting him: The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado, who declined both civil and criminal prosecution. The State of Colorado Conejos County District Attorney’s Office also declined to file charges against Davis. To let Mr. Davis and the BLM employees commit these crimes and not be prosecuted is setting a very dangerous precedent that exterminating federally protected animals has no repercussions.
