Protect the quality of our neighborhood!
Why is this important?
Many of us are very concerned about the future development of our Neighborhood. Many of us bought homes in this neighborhood under the premise that it would only have 200 homes in it. Many of us bought premium lots and were told that no homes would be built behind our premium lots. Many of us are concerned about the safety of our children with the increase traffic that this new development will bring down our roads.
If you have any of these concerns we need YOU to sign this petition to help protect our neighborhood. We need them to see that our neighborhood is collectively in agreement and we are not backing down!
Below is our alternative proposal:
1.Create new traffic patterns to decrease traffic flow away from Ranchester Rd and Hauser Lake.
2.Move the CBU's (mailboxes) out of the pool parking lot and into Phases 2B & 3.
3.No apartments!
4.Tree buffer for those who paid for premium lots.
