Voting Section urging it to countermand the new 2011 state laws designed to deny college students, African Americans and Hispanic Americans the right to vote, which is protected by the Voting Rights Act, Civil Rights Act, 14th Amendment (equal protection clause), 15th Amendment (right to vote), and case law.
