We don't want fathers going to jail, do to the lack of employment opportunities, we need to setup a support system for fathers to stabilize their families.
Why is this important?
Stop the State from criminalizing fathers in Child Support Enforcement Cases, do to economic hardships. Therefore Fathers who are in the arrearage to CSE will get a felony five or locked up in jail for a considerable amout of time.
