The environmental, health and economic impacts of hydrofracking our state have not been adequately studied by DEC.
This needs to be done thoroughly to protect all New York residents.
There must be no sacrifice zones in our state.
Why is this important?
Hydrofracking is a very damaging industry in the states where it has been allowed. Many environmental issues are developing and the health of residents are at risk, as well as that of their animals and their land. New York need to make sure that all will be protected if the state decides to allow this industry to start here.
