Protect Our Local Watershed

We the undersigned, agree that a water management plan for our Crestone-Baca watershed, via the major water-rights holder- the Baca National Wildlife Refuge (BNWR)- is imperative. The neglect of our local riparian habitats must stop; and the implementation of BNWR's mandated purpose must occur through a broad and transparent application of water management- going beyond the present insufficient regard - as proposed in the initial process of their Comprehensive Conservation Plan- Environmental Impact Study (EIS)

Why is this important?

The neglect of our local riparian habitats must stop. Implementation of BNWR's mandated purpose must occur through a broad and transparent application of water management- going beyond the present insufficient regard as proposed in the initial Comprehensive Conservation Plan- Environmental Impact Study (EIS)
