Protect the current fireworks law and allow cizens to purchase and sell legal fireworks in the State of Michigan unhindered by state or local government.
Why is this important?
Brad Lang has started a petition to hinder and reverse the citizens right to sell and purchase fireworks. His claim is that tent sales of fireworks somehow causes violence and it is obvious that he is grasping at straws for an excuse to restrict others freedoms. Remember the Tunisian vegetable vendor that was similarly prohibited from earning an honest living and set himself on fire in protest thus, igniting the Arab Spring revolutions? The current law is just and needs to be protected agianst those who want to restrict others freedoms.
