Protect Vermont Article 16 and 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution

Whereas there is a constant movement for the unconstitutional infringement on Article 16 of the Vermont State Constitution as well as the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution, it is necessary to ensure they are adhered to AS WRITTEN by our Forefathers! When infringement of one occurs, others will follow. There should be NO modification or codification of any infringements whatsoever.
