If all video of every individual arrestee should be sent when done immediately with in 10 to 15 minutes either sent electronically to State storage or Federal Then less tampering can be attained by crooked law enforcement. Reason this started is I have a $100,000 law suit on Sheriff and then police attacked me illegally. Now sueing city of Manchester.
