Unfair promotion and hiring practices have exsisted at the VAMC for over a decade. As a result, many minority employees end up retiring at very low grades. For those employees who challenge these practices, they are harrassed, blackballed, and bullied.

Why is this important?

Stop discriminatory practices against minority employees at the VAMC and enforce regulatory procedures to insure that promotions and hiring practices are fair for all VAMC employees including veterans.
