Provide the 2012 Florida voter in the upcoming presidential election, with a copy of his/her completed ballot before leaving the polling place. This will assure the individual that his/her ballot really counts. In the event there has to be a recount there will be physical evidence available without resorting to the very questionable counting of chads, etc.

Why is this important?

In 2000 and 2004 The Florida Presidential elections were in the spotlight of the enitre nation. The pathetic pictures of election workers strugling to decipher the chads, etc.was pathetic and embarassing to the state of Florida. Now the 2012 election is upon us and I have no confidence in the Florida voting system whatsoever. With the recent attempts to "avoid voter fraud," I am futhere concerned that each vote must count. Please provide the voter with a physical copy of his completed ballot as he leaves the polling site, then if there has to be a recount the voter will be able to produce his copy to prove his choice without calling on "chad hunters." The cost of providing a copy should not enter into consideration in such an important issue. The Floridia debacle 2000 still resonates strongly here in Florida.
