We are asking you to clarify the interpretation of Administrative Order 19 and to allow Employment Background Services to access the court records needed to get the Citizens of Arkansas to work.
Why is this important?
Recently the Bentonville District Court has been denying record request that are important to Arkansas Employers and their representatives for employment purposes. We believe this is in violation of the intent of Administrative Order 19 and the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act. This action has repercusions to Arkansas Citizens as it is delaying their work start date. We as employers rely on these background checks to protect our buiness, employee and customer safety. We ask you to address this situation and clairify the proper interpretation of Administrative Order 19 to allow access to these records by our Background Screening Companies .
